United States Representative Timothy Murphy did something bad last December 2013, that made me very, very angry.  He proposed this federal legislation, which I spent the past week reading through and dissecting as an “affected” U.S. Citizen — a U.S. Citizen who is “affected” by mental-illness.

The thing that bothered me most about this pending federal legislation, is the message that Mr. Murphy and his proposed law sends to our children.  Namely, that bullying in schools is okay, and that it is alright to silence and take advantage of, and do as we please, with our weaker humanity.  In using every power under his disposal as a United States Congressional “Leader” to strip persons struggling with “mental illness” of their voice, of their right to be heard, and by gutting every program in America that advocates on behalf…
